I can't get past the "Loading your adventure" screen

The first time you load the app, it can take a few extra minutes. Please be sure when you are logging in that your phone or device has a strong wifi connection. If the problem persists, here are some other things to try:

  • Verify your device has plenty of available storage space
  • Restart your device and try logging in to the app again
  • Uninstall then reinstall the app
