There are various reasons this error message may appear:
- Your email address or username was misspelled.
- Your account is associated with a different email address than the one entered.
- The password you entered is incorrect, or was mistyped. Please note, Mango passwords are case sensitive. You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your Password?" link.
- If it's your first time using Mango, you may need to create a profile before you can log in.
- You may not be at the correct log in page. Please check that the name of the library, school, corporation, or institution you're accessing Mango through is listed at the top of the screen (see below).
