- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click "About Internet Explorer"
- Check the box next to "Install new versions automatically"
- Click "Close"
- Close Internet Explorer and open it again. Now you can proceed with your purchase.
